What to do if your UPI payment fails

For UPI Collect Request: (Where you have entered your Virtual Payment Address (VPA), E.X: 999999999@okbank)

• Check whether the VPA was entered correctly
• Open your UPI App for the payment request to complete the payment on time
• UPI payment request has time limits, ensure you open your UPI app and complete the transaction at the earliest

  For UPI Intent: (Where you selected the UPI app on the payment page)

• Ensure the selected UPI app has an VPA registered with your bank

If money has been debited from your account, it will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
