What documentation is required to apply for an eCommerce loan?

The key documents typically required when applying for an eCommerce business loan:

  • Identity and address proof of the business owner/s such as Aadhaar, PAN card, passport, etc.
  • Business registration documents - Certificate of Incorporation, Goods and Services Tax (GST) certificate, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) registration, etc.
  • Financial statements for past 2-3 years , Profit & loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, Income tax Returns (ITRs)
  • Bank statements for the business account for the last 6/12 months
