What documents are required to apply for a GST Business Loan?

The key documents generally required by lenders to apply for a Goods and Services Tax (GST) business loan are:

  • Application form: Duly filled loan application form with personal and business details
  • Identity proof: PAN card, Aadhaar card, passport etc.
  • Address proof: Voter ID, utility bills, bank statement with address, etc.
  • Business registration: Registration certificate, Memorandum of Association (MOA)/ Articles of Association (AO) for company, partnership deed, etc.
  • GST registration: GST registration certificate and GST returns for the last 6-12 months
  • ITRs: Last 3 years Income Tax Returns for business and promoters
  • Financial statements: Last 3 years audited financial statements of the business
