Is it possible to check my loan summary and payment details online?

Yes, you can check your used car loan summary & repayment online. This has been a standard function for most lenders in 2025. Most of the big banks and finance companies will provide an online portal, or app that allows you to see everything you want to see for your loan, any time, and anywhere.

It works like this:

1. Login - will need to sign into your lender’s website/app with your registered mobile number and OTP.

2. Loan Section - After successful signing on, you will be in the loan/account section, you will then select your auto loan from your active loans.

   At this stage, you will be able to see your loan summary: Your loan amount, your EMI future dates, and how many EMI payments you have made in full.

   You can also see your full payment history, and Download your statement.

3. Online Payments- Some lenders will allow online EMI payments, or to do a part prepayment of your loan, via the website, or app.
4. Updates- some lenders will regularly email or SMS you on your payment schedule & outstanding amount.
5. Check other pertinent information - You can check your loan account number, interest rate, any fees or charges and, if you have made a part prepayment check what changes you made to your EMI, or what effect it has had on your loan tenure.
