The charges for a credit health report (CHR) in India may vary depending on the credit bureau you choose to obtain it from. In India, there are four major credit bureaus: TransUnion CIBIL™, Equifax, Experian, and CRIF High Mark. Here is a general idea of the charges:
TransUnion CIBIL™: It offers free annual credit reports as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). However, if you want to check your score and report more frequently, you will need to pay a nominal fee.
Equifax: It provides free annual credit reports, but additional reports within the same year may incur a fee.
Experian: Experian too offers one free credit report per year, but charges for additional reports.
CRIF High Mark: It offers one free credit report annually and may charge for extra reports.
You must note that the charges and policies of these credit bureaus can change over time. Apart from credit bureaus, various financial institutions like Shriram Finance offer CHR services. You should directly check with these institutions for up-to-date information on charges for credit reports.
