Business loan amortisation refers to a business repaying their loan at specific regular periodic intervals in a specific amount for a specific duration. Each specific amount includes two specific parts, interest charged by the lender and the amount of original loan, known as the principal. In the beginning, the majority of the amount will comprise the interest amount with less going to principal, then as the business continues to make periodic repayments the interest amount will decrease while the principal amount will increase ensuring that the original loan will be paid out at the end of the loan period.
