Can I cancel or get a refund for a bill payment or recharge?

Prepaid recharges or Bill Payments that are once recharged online could not be cancelled. The reason is the amount gets credited to your mobile number / biller instantly and service is activated immediately. Refund can only be processed if your recharge or payment transaction has failed, and for any other reason, the recharged amount will not be refunded.

If your amount has been deducted in a failed transaction without providing the service, please reach out to our support team with Transaction Reference Number. There is usually a mechanism on most platforms to check the failed transaction and request a refund. The money is usually returned to the account from which you made the purchase within a few business days.

You must always verify the history of transaction and keep the receipt of payment until your recharge, or your bill payment is verified. If you accidentally recharge the wrong number or pay the wrong bill, the chances are slim that your recharge or payment can be reversed. Check everything before you press the send button.

And in some extreme cases if you get double charged, you can contact customer support for help. They will direct you on how to proceed and assist you in fixing the problem. The best way to ensure that you won’t need to use cancellations or refunds is just to be careful and review your information before you ever make a purchase.
