A postpaid plan cannot impact your credit score. When you pay a postpaid bill, you are making a payment for services you have used in the previous month. You are not repaying a debt you owe to a lender.
Credit scores are calculated based on your credit history, which is a record of your borrowing behavior. Postpaid bills are not included in your credit history. So, while paying your postpaid bills can save you from late payment penalties and termination of services, it cannot impact your credit score. Things like how much debt or loan you availed of, and how regularly you have been repaying that debt will impact your credit score.
