The ability to pay academic fees for more than one student or multiple courses in a single online payment is subject to the policies set by respective educational institutes.
Some schools and colleges provide customised payment gateways that allow registered parents to add fee dues across semesters, years or students linked to the same account. The dashboard shows consolidated total fees pending, which can then be conveniently paid via the preferred digital mode.
However, certain institutes may require fees to be submitted separately if they have limitations in seamlessly mapping amounts to different departments, courses or terms for students. In that case, parents need to repeat the payment process individually for each component as per set instructions.
Before initiating fee transactions online, please review the submission guidelines on the institute's portal carefully. See if multiple admission numbers can be cited or if separate forms need to be filled out for each section.
