It is easy to set up automatic payments for your monthly cable bills to make sure you never miss a payment or deal with late fees. Here are some ways you can set up auto-pay:
- Recurring Payments: Most cable operator websites/apps give you the flexibility to save your debit/credit card and set up recurring auto payments every month.
- Standing Instructions: Link your cable bill to Google Pay or Paytm and activate 'Auto Pay' for monthly recurring payments on a set date. The amount will be automatically deducted from your linked bank account.
- Electronic NACH Mandate: You can activate E-NACH auto-debits by authorizing the cable company to deduct the bill amount through an electronic clearing service (ECS) from your bank.
Once you set up recurring payments, you don't need to remember bill due dates or make manual payments. The money is automatically transferred from your linked bank account/card to the service provider on time. You can edit, pause, or cancel auto-pay anytime by logging into your cable operator account online.
