Can I set up recurring payments for housing society maintenance?

Yes, you can easily set up recurring payments for Housing Society maintenance charges using any UPI application. Simply initiate a payment mandate within your preferred UPI app and specify a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly frequency for the fixed amount to be automatically debited from your linked bank account.

For mandate amounts less than ₹5,000, you need to enter your UPI PIN only for the first payment. For larger amounts, the PIN is required whenever payment is due. You will receive payment notifications at least 24 hours before the debit. After the mandate is set up, the amount gets deducted at specified intervals without having to reinitiate manual payments.
