How do I know if my Mobile Recharge was processed?

Mobile recharge status updates are vital for users across India with the growth of digital payments and online/ mobile recharge services. After a mobile recharge, the first indication that a transaction has been completed is a confirmation SMS from your mobile operator. The confirmation SMS typically arrives within seconds (and always provides the recharge amount, plan benefits, updated validity/ balance). The confirmation SMS is immediate evidence that your recharge has been performed correctly.

For online mobile recharge platforms or mobile app, tracking the status of your transaction is easy. Simply log into your account, go to the ‘Transaction History’ or ‘Recharge History’ section and you will be able to see a list of all recent recharges. The most recent recharge will be marked as ‘Completed’ or ‘Successful.’ You will also find the date, time and the details of the selected plan. Having your recharge history displayed in this way can be important if you have many recharges to keep track of and/ or you need to dispute a recharge based on your history.

From time-to-time, you may experience delays - either the result of network congestion and/ or some technical difficulties. If you do not receive a confirmation SMS or you do not see your recharge when you check your account, you can check your transaction status information online.
