Making credit card bill payments is easy and can be done through multiple methods. The most convenient option is to set up automatic payments through your bank's website or app. Just link your credit card account and enter the amount to pay each month. The payment will be deducted automatically on the due date. This ensures you never miss a payment.
If you prefer making manual payments, you can pay online via your bank's portal by adding your credit card as a payee and making an NEFT or IMPS transfer. Keep a note of the credit card payment due date each month and initiate the transfer 2-3 working days in advance.
You can also visit your bank branch and deposit cash/cheque into your credit card account. Additionally, some financial institutions allow payments to be made through their mobile apps using UPI.
Another convenient way to pay your credit card bill is by visiting the nearest ATM of your credit card issuing bank. Just insert your debit card into the ATM machine and select the credit card bill payment option from the menu. You will need to enter your credit card number and the amount you wish to pay. The ATM will connect to your credit card account and allow you to make the payment instantly via your linked debit card. This enables you to pay your credit card dues 24x7 at your convenience without having to wait in long queues at the bank branch.
Whichever payment method you choose, always pay the minimum amount due or higher to avoid late payment fees.
