Billing and payments work differently in postpaid mobile plans compared to prepaid connections:
- In a postpaid plan, you are billed monthly for your usage charges. The billing cycle usually starts on the date of activation each month.
- Itemised bills are generated showing rental, calling charges, SMS, mobile data, roaming, and any added-on services used during the billing period.
- Taxes and surcharges will also be reflected in your monthly bill amount.
- Auto-pay can be set up from your bank account or credit card for convenient payments by the due date each month.
- Make payments via netbanking, operator app, credit/debit card, UPI or visit retail outlets for cash/check deposit.
