It is usually a very swift process to recharge mobile online with a prepaid plan. Most transactions are processed instantly. Once payment is successful your plan or airtime amount will be credited to your mobile number instantly. In some cases, it might take a minute or so, especially at peak times or when there is heavy network traffic.
You will get confirmation SMS or notification on your mobile or email as soon as the recharge is done. This notification contains your recharge amount, plan details and the validity until. Drop some money in and wait for the confirmation; if you don’t see a confirmation immediately, check your transaction history to make sure that it went through on the platform you were using. From time to time there might be a small delay as a result of network traffic or technical difficulties.
If your recharge isn’t instantaneous, relax and let it be for a couple of minutes but check with your bank or payment app that you paid and round the same time check with the merchant. Deducted money from your bank account but recharge hasn’t come yet? If payment is deducted and did not get the recharge, then you can mail to customer support with your transaction ID for help. Very rare cases when issues are not resolved within a few days and the amount is credited back or refunded to your mobile.
