How should I pay my bills in case I cannot find my biller on BBPS?

If you are unable to find your biller on Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), you have a few other options to pay your bills:

Use Bill Desk or Other Online Payment Gateways

Many billers and service providers offer online bill payment facilities through their own websites or via payment gateways such as Bill Desk. You can visit your biller's website and check if they offer online payment options. If they do, you can pay using:

  • Netbanking
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Payment Wallets

The transaction process and convenience fee (if applicable) may vary across billers.

Pay at Designated Physical Collection Centres

Many service providers have authorised physical collection centres where you can pay your bills with cash or a cheque. These are located in select bank branches, retail stores, etc. You can search online or contact your biller for the nearest collection centre.

When visiting the centre, carry your latest bill copy and identification proof. The bill must be paid before the due date to avoid late fees or disruption of services.

Register for AutoPay/NACH

Several billers offer the AutoPay/NACH facility, which automatically deducts the bill amount from your bank account every month. This saves the hassle of manual payment. Contact your biller to check if this facility is available and register if you opt for it.

So, even if your biller is unavailable on BBPS, you can pay on time conveniently. Opt for online payments, physical centres or AutoPay based on your preference to enjoy uninterrupted services.
