Is online payment the only way to pay maintenance charges?

Online payment is not the only way to pay Housing Society maintenance charges. There are typically a few options made available for members' convenience:

1. Cash payment: You can pay the exact monthly charge amount via cash at the society office during working hours. Get a proper manual receipt as proof.
2. Cheque payment: Write a cheque for the maintenance amount in the name of your housing society and drop the cheque at the society office. Remember to collect your payment receipt.
3. NEFT/RTGS transfer: Make a fund transfer online from your bank account directly to the society's bank account. Include your flat details in the remarks.
4. Digital payments: Several apps, such as Shriram One, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc., allow digital transfers using UPI IDs or cards. To pay, enter your society account details on the app.
