A billing cycle refers to the regular recurring period for which a postpaid mobile operator sends you a bill for your usage charges.
The billing cycle duration varies across operators but is commonly 30 days or one month - for example, 6th December to 5th January.
Your usage between these dates, including calls, data, SMS etc., is tracked and compiled into an itemised monthly bill sent via email or post.
The bill includes rental, taxes, charges for used services, and any added-on benefits. The total payable amount and due date are mentioned.
